SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Restore Cleaning Services LLC through our website at https://restorecleanings.com/, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Additional Service Terms for Restore Cleaning Services LLC
1. Changes to These Terms
We may update this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years or older and able to form legally binding contracts. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book and be responsible for all activity.
3. Service Overview
Restore Cleaning Services LLC (“Restore,” “Company,” “we”) provides cleaning services scheduled through our website and/or booking platform (collectively, the “Services”). We may use employees and/or independent cleaning professionals (“Service Professionals”) to perform Services.
- No cash transactions: Payments must be made through our accepted electronic payment methods.
- Matching/availability: We attempt to schedule services based on your requested date/time and location, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
4. Accounts, Contact Info, and Communication
To book Services, you may be required to provide contact information (including mobile number) and valid payment details.
- Your information must be accurate and current.
- We may contact you by phone call, SMS, or email regarding scheduling, updates, confirmations, and support.
- You are responsible for ensuring access to the service location at the scheduled time.
5. Scheduling, Access, and Arrival Windows
Arrival windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, prior jobs, staffing, or emergencies. If our team arrives and cannot access the property or reach you, we will attempt to contact you.
If we cannot gain entry or confirm instructions within a reasonable time (typically up to about 20 minutes), the appointment may be cancelled and a fee may apply according to our Cancellation Policy.
6. Supplies and Special Product Requests
Unless otherwise stated, Service Professionals may use standard cleaning products and tools. If you require specific products or methods, you must provide them and notify us prior to service.
7. Pricing and Estimates
Pricing is based on the information you provide, including property size, condition, service type, add-ons, and cleaning frequency.
Online or phone quotes are estimates and may change if the property condition differs from what was described. If the scope is significantly greater than expected (heavy buildup, post-party cleanup, construction mess, hazardous materials, etc.), we may adjust pricing or refuse service.
8. Payment, Pre-Authorization, and Processing
When booking, we may place a pre-authorization hold on your payment method. Final charges may include base service price, approved add-ons, applicable fees, and discounts.
You agree to maintain sufficient funds for all amounts due. Future bookings may be declined if prior balances remain unpaid.
We may use third-party payment processors. Restore does not store full payment card numbers on our servers when a third-party processor is used.
9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Late Fees
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment, but the following policies apply:
- Late changes: Schedule changes must be made before 12:00 PM (noon) the day before service to avoid a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee.
- No access / no contact: If our team cannot access the property or reach you after arrival, the appointment may be cancelled and the applicable fee charged.
- Recurring services: If discounted recurring service is cancelled after the first visit, the difference between the discounted rate and one-time rate may be charged.
10. Confirmation and Changes by Restore
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your appointment time. Confirmation will be sent by email and/or SMS once scheduled.
In rare cases we may cancel or reschedule due to emergencies, staffing issues, weather conditions, or operational issues. We will work to reschedule promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restore is not liable for indirect losses resulting from rescheduling or cancellations.
11. Satisfaction Policy, Re-Cleans, and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion and provide photos of the areas in question.
- Approved re-cleans must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service date.
- Refunds or re-cleans are provided at Restore’s reasonable discretion based on documentation and circumstances.
12. Damage, Loss, and Claims
If property damage or loss occurs during service, it must be reported promptly (preferably within 24 hours) along with photos and details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restore’s liability is limited to the lesser of $50 or the total amount paid for the job unless otherwise required by law.
13. Right to Refuse Service and Safety
Service Professionals may refuse or stop service if:
- The environment is unsafe (threats, weapons, hazards, hostile behavior, illegal activity).
- The property condition is far beyond what was booked.
- Biohazards or unsafe conditions were not disclosed before booking.
If service is refused due to safety or extreme conditions, applicable fees may still apply.
14. Illness and Health Safety
We cannot guarantee that Service Professionals have not been exposed to contagious illnesses. If someone at the property is sick, please inform us prior to service so we can reschedule if necessary.
15. Promotions, Discounts, and Promo Codes
Promotions may change or expire without notice. Promo codes:
- Are typically one-time use unless stated otherwise.
- May be limited to one per household.
- Must be applied before job completion.
- Are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
16. User Content and Reviews
You agree that reviews, messages, photos, or other content submitted are truthful and lawful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
17. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Restore Cleaning Services LLC or licensed to us. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission, except for personal use related to booking services.
18. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restore disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Restore Cleaning Services LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
21. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Restore Cleaning Services LLC operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.

23. Severability
